TÜV Rheinland Akademie arround the world
Managers for Business
Numerous and close contacts to the decision-makers of the business world - that is one of the greatest assets of the academies of the TÜV Rheinland Group. More than 500 different seminars allow students to be in prime shape for their job and their career advancement. Human resource specialists and technical decision makers benefit from the solutions they learn at the individual seminars. There is also a wide range of master craftsman, professional and business management training programs to further enhance the course offerings for students.
The Division provides business enterprises, public agencies and associations with outcome-oriented support in dealing with complex change processes, such as strategic realignment, model development, establishment of management systems, business process optimization, innovation projects, personnel recruitment or reduction, and adaptation of staff and/or customer know-how to new requirements. It steers research programs, compiles expert opinions in preparation for decision-making, and takes on outsourced business tasks, such as human resources development or basic vocational training.
Basic and advanced training
More than 30,000 specialists and executives per year - from industry, the service sector, healthcare, public agencies, and associations - attend seminars, courses, (in-house) training events, workshops, conferences, and E-Learning courses offered by the Academy of the TÜV Rheinland Group. The TÜV Akademie belongs to leading institutions in Germany when it comes to such topics as quality, environment, safety/risk, technology, management, health, purchasing/materials management, energy, hazardous goods, hygiene, IT/data protection, logistics, welding, and many more. Competence networks permit access to over 1,000 audited trainers.
Each year, more than 2,500 people seeking professional advancement successfully complete in-service advanced training events that last several months and lead to modern, industry-recognized qualifications, such as real estate manager, industrial foreman in inventory management, industrial foreman in the chemical industry, business manager for hospitals, nursing expert, wellness trainer, business manager for social institutions, specialist in molecular biology, health and nursing consultant, hygiene officer, or residential home manager.
As state-recognized specialist vocational schools, the TÜV private schools offer attractive basic vocational training in future-oriented sectors, such as tourism, IT, multimedia, business management, or healthcare. Their international competence and wide-ranging contacts enable the majority of graduates to go straight into the labour world.
Businesses that do not themselves offer training, or are not in a position to teach specific parts of the required content, have the opportunity to participate in networked basic vocational training. This commercial and industrial/technical training of young people takes place outside the companies in a modular system offering supplementary qualifications. Experienced TÜV instructors provide the basic training and/or parts of the subject-specific training, and relieve the companies of organizational tasks.
